These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Axioma Pay. Axioma
Pay is a brand name of Axioma Technologies. Axioma Technologies is
a subsidiary business owned and operated by DODITEC LTD. DODITEC
LTD is the overarching legal entity responsible for the operation
of Axioma Technologies and the Axioma Pay brand and is referred to
in these terms as the 'Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'. By accessing
our platform, software interfaces, or services, you agree to be
bound by these terms in your legal relationship with DODITEC LTD.
1. Technical Service Provider (TSP) Status
Axioma Pay supplies software that transmits user-authorized billing
instructions to Stripe Connect Express. Axioma Pay does not provide
a stored-value wallet, open payment accounts, receive or hold
customer funds, or control settlement. Stripe processes payment
activity under the connected account's applicable Stripe
agreements. Each provider remains responsible for its goods or
services, customer relationship, tax position, refunds, disputes,
and legal compliance.
2. User Instructions and Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate recipient, customer, classification,
invoice, and subscription information and must have authority to
submit each instruction. Users are responsible for reviewing
Stripe-hosted payment details before confirmation and for obtaining
notices, permissions, and consents required for personal data
supplied through the platform.
3. Platform Software Fees
The applicable Axioma Pay technical software routing fee is
displayed before an instruction is submitted. Where supported,
Stripe may deduct that disclosed application fee from the connected
account transaction. Stripe processing, currency conversion,
dispute, refund, tax, or other charges are separate and governed by
Stripe's terms. Axioma Pay does not deduct fees from money held in
an Axioma Pay balance.
4. The 5-Day Reaper Rule
This is an internal subscription-safety rule. A proposed
subscription schedule remains unconfirmed for no more than five
calendar days. Unless the receiving party accepts within that
window, Axioma Pay will treat the proposal as expired and instruct
the connected Stripe workflow to cancel or void it before recurring
billing begins. This rule is not a statutory cooling-off period and
does not replace consumer cancellation, refund, or withdrawal
rights that apply by law.
5. Availability and Changes
Platform access may be paused for maintenance, security, legal, or
operational reasons. Fees and functionality may change
prospectively, but the fee shown at confirmation applies to that
instruction. These placeholders must be replaced or approved by
qualified legal counsel before production release.
